JOB TITLE: Senior Software Developer
LOCATION: Grand Rapids, MIDESCRIPTION: Design and develop enterprise-wide applications and infrastructure software systems and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of software development work experience, including a background in Java, Visual Studio, distributed object computing and software engineering.
Specific proficiency with C#, .NET 3.0/3.5 and T-SQL in an MS-SQL environment is desired and additional experience with XML, SOAP, Windows Services, Entity Framework and Linq is a plus.
JOB TITLE: Software Quality Assurance Analyst
LOCATION: Grand Rapids, MIDESCRIPTION: Develop complete and comprehensive test plans and test specifications and execute prescribed test scenarios.
REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of software quality assurance work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write and execute basic SQL queries are desired, and general proficiency with Microsoft Office—specifically Word and Excel—is required.
JOB TITLE: Business Analyst
LOCATION: Grand Rapids, MIDESCRIPTION: Gather business/customer requirements and develop functional software specifications.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or equivalent and 8+ years of work experience in the software development field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write comprehensive and complete software requirements and business requirements documents, as well as general proficiency with Microsoft Office—specifically Word and Excel—is required.
Project management experience is desired, and a PMI Certification is a plus.
