Broadway’s Sales Planning and Proposal software enables a cable network to more effectively manage the complexity associated with new sales inventory, changing advertising sales practices and increasingly stringent business management and control policies.

Sample functionality includes:
  1. Build customizable packages to accommodate mirrors, kits, sponsorships, vignettes, billboards and other avails and track these packages from sales through to billing.
  2. Real-time inventory data is available during plan or flowchart manipulations, providing the ability at the time of order to see impact on available inventory.
  3. Brand allocations can be accomplished at any point in the work cycle as brand allocation functions are integrated in the Planning and Order Modules.
  4. Ability to build rate cards using Nielsen Building Blocks. No need to retype the ratecards in the system but import them from Excel. Ability to store unlimited versions of a rate card and to compare multiple rate card revisions.
  5. Unlimited types of active rate cards are available at any time for planning purposes.
  6. Industry-standard EDI functionality is included. Various agency initiatives—related to spot data exchange—are also available.
  7. Highly-flexible and user configurable rules based workflow management engine enables you to manage Deals during the flight, including multiple approval points (SOX Control) with full audits of all changes made.
